Connected Scope was born from a simple frustration: Perth homeowners spend weeks chasing builder quotes that don't match, can't be compared, and don't explain what's actually included. Your property is captured using Yembo's AI scanning technology (self-guided) or by our on-site estimator. We extract floor areas, wall areas, ceiling heights, door and window counts, cabinetry runs, and every measurement we need — room by room.

Renovation Brief
You tell us what you want in plain English — or our estimator captures it on-site. We translate your vision into trade-level scope items: demolition, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, and everything in between.

Dependency Engine
Our proprietary logic bank runs 60 trigger rules and dependencies across 343 individual cost centres, automatically adding mandatory items that most quotes miss: waterproofing under tiles, electrical compliance, structural certification, waste removal, and more.

4-Tier Pricing
Every line item is priced across four finish tiers using our WA 2025/26 rate library — covering labour and materials at current market rates. The same scope, four different product and finish selections, four different totals.
